Psychotherapy can be a place to discover barriers standing in one's way of change; in regard to who one wants to be and how to get there. My therapeutic style is evidence based; combining EMDR, Somatic practices, Buddhist Psychology, movement, NARM, Jungian analysis, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to build a foundational path to promote desired changes.

Together, we will allocate your strengths and build upon pertinent skills that are specific to you and where you see your life going. Therapy is where we'll enhance internal resources, harness new means of tending to change, challenges, and emotions, while addressing both the immediate and the residual buildups within the psyche.
