I work with adults of all ages. My focus is on working with clients who experience depression, anxiety, and life stress/transitions.
I take a collaborative approach to treatment and am committed to using a strengths-based perspective to support my clients in building the skills that will help them achieve their goals. I have a direct, validating, and supportive style in session.
It is important that a client feel comfortable being open and honest with their therapist. A supportive and inviting environment that fosters two-way communication ensures that clients feel comfortable offering their clinician feedback to advocate for their needs.
