I am a licensed therapist who focuses to help adults and teenagers work through their depression, anxiety, and relational issues.
— Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, & Military —
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I view therapy as a deeply personal and transformational process that promotes growth, regardless of where you are in life; whether in a crisis, have a relationship issue, curious on who you are, or suffer from destructive patterns.
I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space that encourages you to discuss your deepest thoughts and struggles to promote optimal healing and balance.
My specialties are working with teenagers, young adults, and military personnel who are experiencing anxiety, depression, inner conflict, low self-esteem, addiction, and/or relational issues.
Together we focus on the areas in your life that feel unbalanced or are not working well so that you can live life with more self-awareness, clarity, creativity, curiosity, and confidence. The goal is to better manage work and school stress, improve relationships, and find relief from anxiety and depression in a therapeutic environment that is warm and supportive.
I integrate mindfulness into my therapy practice through Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Compassion-Focused, & Systems Therapy approaches.
