I am an experienced counselor who is focused and passionate about helping individuals manage their current mental health concerns.
I have been working as a mental health counselor since 2011 with individuals ages 13 and older. I specialize with the LGBTQ+ community, first responders, veterans, adolescents, and young adults. I help individuals manage their mental health concerns involving but not limited to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, stress management, phase of life issues, parenting concerns, self-image, self-esteem, and many other issues. I offer an accepting and safe space for individuals to discuss and process through the stressors that life throws their way to help them navigate through in order to live their best life.
