Thank you for taking the time to look at my page. I am happy you are here. A little bit about me. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional School Counselor (LPSC) with an office conveniently located in Lone Tree, CO. I began my professional counseling career as a drug and alcohol counselor near Chicago in 2010. I transitioned into school counseling in 2013, when my husband and I moved to beautiful Colorado, and opened my own private practice in 2022. I am passionate about helping individuals on their mental health and wellness journey and my office is always a judgement free zone. I provide all my clients with the opportunity and space to be their true, authentic self and walk alongside as together we work towards goals. Every client experience will be different, but I use components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness in sessions. I can help support clients through a wide range of mental health concerns, but specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, school issues and general stress.
