Bruce Pagano, LCPC, NCC

Bruce uses a variety of client-focused approaches to help each person meet their individual goals. Some of these approaches include Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (GMCT), Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Bruce's primary focus areas are trauma & PTSD (including religious trauma and spiritual harm and abuse), relationships & marriage issues, and spiritual matters.

Bruce is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor®, a registered counselor supervisor in the state of Idaho, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Bruce is also trained in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy and Level 2 trained in using the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy.

I am passionate about seeing people find healing and wholeness. Sometimes, we can feel stuck, unsure of ourselves, or trapped in hurt or a struggle. It’s in those times that we need someone to walk with us. I’m convinced that people are the expert of themselves, but sometimes we have difficulty seeing that and need a compassionate and patient person to remind them of that, offer them a different perspective, and help them discover new tools for effecting lasting change. I use a variety of client-focused approaches to help each person meet their individual goals.
