About me
Welcome! No matter what it may be that you or your loved one is struggling with, I will strive to walk alongside you each step of the way. I provide a non-judgmental, patient, and compassionate approach and will at times challenge you in effort to encourage positive and effective change. I will see you as you are with down-to-earth honesty and acceptance.
I work with a variety of people with respect to all forms of diversity. I find most of what I do is help folks who are dealing with obstacles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, DV/relationship, self-esteem, behavioral issues, ADHD, and injustice. Though, all are welcome - you may just need an unbiased person who will listen to you and that’s ok too.
I am both passionate and honored to be practicing this work. I take holistic care of myself so that I may serve you the same. Together, we will collaborate to make impacting change, resulting in freedom from the restraints that simply existing can place on us.
