About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping teenagers and adults cope with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Are you overwhelmed with life challenges? Counseling will help navigate the waters of this thing called life. In counseling, I help clients face the uncertainty and fears that may be associated with the impending twist and turns life can bring. Through my years of education, experience, and training, I am able to help my clients build on their strengths and live the life they desire! Cookie-cutter recipes have no place in the therapeutic relationship, as I believe each person needs their own unique set of ingredients and instructions. I believe in meeting clients where they are while aiding increasing motivation and fostering hope. I hold a M.Ed. in Counseling with a dual specialty in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor experienced in working with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, grief, self-esteem, domestic abuse, anger management, career counseling, academic counseling, and life transitions. I provide in office services and teletherapy services through web based treatment modalities for the convenience of the client in order to increase treatment consistency and flexibility. Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone.
