About me
I am a LPC Intern who enjoys working with children and young adults cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.
“Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t do” (Rikki Rogers). If you find yourself struggling with your mental health and/ or depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, self- image, PTSD. Through talk therapy and a variety of techniques together we can work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and past traumas. It is my priority to make all my clients feel comfortable and have a safe place to process their feelings and create the change they’ve been seeking.
I am passionate about helping women and men feel empowered, finding their voice, and feeling of self-worth. I also enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults by providing the skills and methods necessary to manage their emotions and navigate stressful situations.
Which can promote a higher level of self-esteem, self-confidence, improve social skills, and ease the transition between stages of life. I offer a free 30-minute consultation to get to know each other and decide if it looks like it will be a good fit while going over the logistics of therapy.
