About me
I am so glad you are taking the time to look for a mental health professional. Throughout our life we go through different obstacles with some being harder than others. Sometimes we can get through it on our own and sometimes we need a little help and encouragement along the way. Whatever challenge you are facing you don’t have to go through it alone. Life can be challenging and with help and guidance your future will be on a patch that works for you. I stay present and together as we find ways that can help you transform through your difficult experience. This is a time to improve your understanding of yourself.
For several years I have gained therapeutic experience in providing therapy and assessments.I have experience working with individuals with trauma, chronic mental health issues, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adolescent issues, dual diagnoses, learning disabilities, and more. I also have experience working with couples, families, children, etc.
I believe that you possess the strength to make changes that will promote healing. My philosophy centers around empowering clients through a strong therapeutic relationship. Together through a collaborative effort, I work with clients from a non-judgmental perspective meeting you where you are at. With the right tools, you can start your journey.
