Brittany Baker, LCSW

I am an experienced LCSW, licensed in Mississippi, Maine, and Utah. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual/intimacy concerns, women's issues, chronic pain, and foster/adoption care and/or placements.

Currently I am an LCSW in Mississippi, Maine, and Utah with 10+ years of experience. I received my BSW from Mississippi State University in 2012 and my MSW from The University of Alabama in 2013, after completing the one year Advanced Program. A lover of animals, outdoor arts festivals, and fast cars; I like to create an inviting and informal therapy space where each session can be tailored to the individual as much as possible. I have experience with CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Guided Imagery, and Narrative Therapy along with many others. Although versed in a wide array of mental and behavioral health conditions, my focus through the years has gradually moved towards individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain and/or chronic illness. Those that are battling infertility, women's issues, parenting issues, and foster/adoption care. As well I have worked with a number of individuals experiencing sex/intimacy issues, relationship issues, self-esteem/confidence issues, and career/life choice issues. I also welcome professional consultations and professionals struggling with burn out, compassion fatigue, or just the need to maintain their own mental health. I am a firm believer in growth, learning, hard work, and dedication. I believe in staying well informed and implementing new ideas, approaches, and theories in my practice, as well as listening and allowing my clients to engage in their treatment as much as possible.
