About me

I have over a decade of experience helping people replace unhelpful thoughts and habits with ones that nourish them.

Therapy may be for you if:
You drag your feet getting out the door on Monday mornings.
You have a hard time falling asleep.
You fear your co-workers will find out that you have no idea what you are doing.
Your partner has noticed that you’re often distracted or irritable.
You want to make a change, but you don’t know what that would look like or if it’s worth the risk.

I work with bosses, artists, athletes, and entrepreneurs. My clients have been called "high-strung," "tightly wound," or "high achieving" by friends and family. They learned how to turn their anxiety into accomplishment. Here's the thing, that works until it doesn't. I love helping people figure out how to hold onto the things they are proud of while letting go of the things that don't serve them anymore.

My style is active and collaborative. When you are in my office, I'm going to engage you in challenging your old ways of doing things. You'll leave with tools to use or skills to practice. This can be really hard work! Whether you meet me in person or online, you can expect a comfortable and supportive environment specifically set up to help you achieve your goals.
