About me
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works solely with survivors of narcissistic abuse and trauma. I obtained my education through the University of Wisconsin system where I graduated with honors.
Hi and thank you for taking the time to read this. As a licensed clinician in several states I provide therapy, training, and coaching to people all over the world. I am also the founder of a mental health therapy group practice in Southern California, Stephens Therapy Associates, and of The Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Center, a coaching practice assisting survivors of narcissistic abuse, globally. It is my mission to offer training to other therapists to help them support their clients who are children, partners, and others who have been abused by a person, or persons, with narcissistic traits. For resources please know that I am the author of “Recovering From
Narcissistic Mothers: A Daughter’s Guide” and “The Narcissism Recovery Workbook: Healing from Emotional Abuse" to help folks heal. I've been fortunate enough to present at several conferences, appeared on many podcasts to talk about narcissistic abuse, and recently appeared in a documentary on Covert Narcissism.
