I am a licensed independent clinical social worker specializing in treating anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. My years of experience in providing individual and intensive outpatient treatment allows me to utilize a variety of unique treatment approaches to meet individual goals and needs.
I enjoy assisting individuals in exploring and increasing self worth, self empowerment, and developing a healthy routine. I believe in using a strengths based approach by identifying and replacing unhealthy thoughts and behaviors with healthy, sustainable, and motivating practices to enhance self esteem and positive lifestyle choices. I also guide individuals in building and maintaining positive connections internally and with others through mindfulness and communication techniques.
I am passionate about practicing gratitude and humor on a daily basis. I provide a safe space offering empathy, validation, and non judgemental support. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
