I offer in person and virtual therapy sessions and enjoy working with adult individuals and adolescents. My clients come to therapy to address a variety of challenges. I work in a holistic way, often with people who have experienced childhood trauma and challenging early relationships with parents or other caregivers. Unresolved trauma often results in difficulties in adult relationships, difficulty with parenting, anxiety, depression, a critical and harsh inner voice, trouble with boundaries or maybe general feelings of being stuck in your life. My versatile clinical style allows me to collaborate with you in a unique way to determine what your intentions and desires are and how to arrive at your goals for therapy.

I am trained as a holistic somatic therapist and highly value the mind-body connection. I also use a variety of other clinical modalities to help clients find resources and coping skills. This allows me to work with your own unique needs without being confined to any one or two clinical approaches, which may not be right for you . I hold that we all have inherent wisdom in the body for healing and vitality and that our conditioning in life clouds our awareness of this incredibly valuable resource. It is my job to help you recover this wisdom, which leads to a life of sustainable well being. My work is client-centered and relational and is rooted in clinical training as well as the wisdom of decades of lived experience, including the ups and downs of parenting 2 grown adult children.
