About me
I am an experienced therapist who provides compassion and a safe, calm, space for healing.
I provide counseling services to children, teens, adults, and families. I have experience working with individuals and families struggling with a variety of presenting concerns including PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, parenting skills, life transitions, relationship issues, women's issues, grief/loss, and more. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. In working with diverse populations, I utilize Sandtray Therapy, Client-centered and Experiential Play Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, and other modalities most appropriate to the client's situation and needs.
