About me
Accepting new clients. I have the ability to see persons online or in person throughout North Carolina or online in Pennsylvania. My approach is kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I am an experienced psychotherapist and focus on adolescents and adults age 14+. I specialize in anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and adjustment to life changes. With experience in a hospital setting, I enjoy helping people who work in healthcare and are helpers themselves.
I have a passion for helping people get unstuck and make sense of their lives. I enjoy helping clients understand why they do what they do. Together, we will focus on and add to your existing coping skills. If needed, we can also review and improve communication skills. My approach is strengths based, and I enjoy helping people feel empowered to deal with challenges and life changes in a positive and healthy manner. Understanding our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors helps to make us feel more in control of our lives.
