I believe in the importance of mental health and wellbeing across the lifespan.

I have a passion for working with older adults but I also enjoy and have experience working with clients of various ages. As someone who has sought out therapy since my early twenties, I understand the challenges of finding a therapist who is a good fit. I also know the freedom and relief that can come when you find a good match. I believe that you already have the strength, wisdom, and experience to effect change in your life – even if you’ve never tried therapy. It is my role to remain curious, genuine, and non-judgmental as we work together.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and my approach includes Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, life review, and other interventions. I see clients who are 12 or older and specialize in working with older adults.

It is my goal to create a safe and welcoming place for all clients. I seek to understand the role of my own power and privilege in my personal life and therapeutic relationships. I also strive to listen, learn, and take the lead from people within marginalized groups. I firmly stand against racism, sexism, ableism, ageism, and other forms of oppression.
