I am a licensed therapist who helps adults and adolescents cope with trauma, complex trauma, Narcissistic abuse recovery and other types of abuse recovery. I also help Clients deal with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life stressors.

My goal as a counselor is to empower people to overcome whatever they are facing and find hope. I want my clients to know that they are not alone, that healing and peace are possible. Each Client has incredible worth and value. I hope to serve my clients as both an advocate and a counselor. ​ I offer a safe and nonjudgmental setting where you can feel comfortable to share your burdens and offload the weight on your shoulders. Together we will look at ways to address whatever you are struggling with – whether personal issues, relationship issues, or a combination of both. We’ll take time to get to the root of your concerns.

I also specifically work with people who have experienced trauma and complex trauma and are recovering from abuse. Experiencing the trauma that comes with abuse tactics such as gaslighting, manipulation, and a violation of boundaries can make you question yourself and make you feel like a shell of your former self. I hope to validate your experience and help you claim your life back.
