About me
I am a skilled therapist and hypnotherapist who helps professional men and women identify and change the patterns in their lives that keep them stuck in unfulfilled relationships and careers.
I've been a therapist in the River North Area for ten years. I have a specialization in hypnotherapy and have been interested in the power of the subconscous mind from my teenage years on. I have a strong belief that the things we pay attention to shape our lives, and we have the power to shift our focus once we wake up to the story we have created. I'm also interested in Mindfulness and Meditation, and am currently studying to teach meditation, and have a certification in Mindfulness Stress Reduction. I'm also an fierce advocate of the restaurant industry as a result of getting myself through school this way. I once stuck up for a bartender getting berated (to my husband's horror) and influenced poorly behaving man to not only apologize to bartender, but pay for our dinner as well.
I can offer humor, new perspective and the right questions to help you get out of your own way.
