I am a Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapist with more than 10 years experience helping people like you plan and navigate their journey and reach the destination they visualized.

My approach to therapy is to customize a plan for each person according to their goals and personality utilizing any combination of the multiple modalities in which I am trained, including EMDR, Somatic Intervention, Ego State Therapy, Brainspotting, Sandplay, and ACT.

If you are a trauma survivor, I want to reassure you that in my office you'll find a safe place where my genuine concern, respect, and collaborative approach, help to make therapy a safe experience. I'm happy to explain what I'm doing and why, so you never have to worry that I'm doing something manipulative or hiding something from you. For those who are knowledgeable about the therapy process, I love working with an educated consumer and welcome your insight.

In short, I provide treatment for a wide range of issues including couples therapy, anxiety, depression, adult survivors of sexual, physical or other abuse, personality disorders, and partners of a person with a personality disorder or other mental health challenge.
