I am a marriage and family and mental health psychotherapist w 15 yrs experience working to promote peace and joy in the lives of individuals and families.

I am a Catholic Christian therapist happy to integrate faith w therapy for those who want that. Life experience teaches us that many things can interfere with our flourishing here on earth as we make our way to heaven. I can help you find the way to live the abundant life that God intended for you to experience. We often forget that we are God's precious children. His love for us is unconditional and limitless. I try to bring these truths to our attention as we work through difficulties and events that interfere with our happiness and growth.

I am passionate about making relationships/marriages work and use Emotionally Focused Therapy and Relationship Enhancement Therapy, which are evidence-based therapies for marriage and family. Parenting skills and Filial therapy are also among my specialties.

I am also a certified instructor in the PICK a PARTNER (Van Epp) educational program to make better dating/marriage choices.

I use a HIPPA compliant video chat platform for tele-health therapy.

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families on a variety of issues that includes Rapid Resolution of Trauma, PTSD, anger, post abortion syndrome, childbearing loss, unwanted SSA for adults, depression, and anxiety as specialties.
