My approach to counseling is collaborative and feedback-oriented based on my client's desired therapeutic outcomes. To assist clients in achieving counseling success, I seek to match the client to an appropriate evidence-based modality which considers the client's individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Walk & Talk Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
