About me
I am a licensed professional counselor with experience working with a wide variety of mental health needs, especially depression, anxiety, and trauma.
I am a licensed professional counselor who believes that it is an honor to walk alongside my clients in working with their mental health needs. I work with clients ages 15 and older, as well as families and couples. I'm a good choice for clients who want individualized sessions that focus on both their immediate and long-term needs. I emphasize learning and use of skills that are effective for that particular client to meet their goals. I usually use a combination of person-centered therapy, CBT, and DBT, though this varies based on client needs. I also incorporate a trauma-based approach in services to respond to all life's traumas, large and small. My goal is to help you meet your goals through whatever methods are effective for you personally. I believe that treatment is fluid and should change as the client's needs change through their life experiences. If you would like to learn more, please reach out to schedule a session. I look forward to meeting you!
