About me
I've been helping people since before I learned to read. I'm a therapist with 12+ years of experience with lived experience of transforming my traumatic upbringing to a rewarding, connected, life.
On the outside, you've got it all together, but inside there's this whole world no one sees, mixed with fear, sadness, disappointments, old memories that won't go away. Maybe you can't sleep or you feel like no one understands the truth of the difficulties within. Possibly, you've tried therapy many times before but it just hasn't helped or been what you needed. If you're ready to share your story with someone, and receive nonjudgmental support, we may need to be working together.
I help people get to their core, understanding the why's behind the problems, so we can create deeper freedom from what haunts us. Inside that inner world of struggle, there's also incredible strength and I want to support you in finding it. You deserve peace and healing. I work with people of all cultural, socioeconomic, religions, sexual orientations.
