I’m an independently licensed clinician with over a decade of experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions. My approach to treatment is evidence based and integrative of mind, body and spiritual wellness. It is solution focused, goal driven and individualized to meet your unique needs and situation.
I believe that each of us are doing the best that we can, and that when we know better, we can do better and be better. Therapy is a path to deeper understanding and with that comes the ability to heal, to grow and to cultivate peace within. I look forward to joining you in that journey.
