About me
My professional history is very dynamic over several fields of therapy interventions, to name a few; school based, 5 years of private practice involving age range 6-65, family support with legal/DCYF involvement and adoption/guardian support, family reunification and preservation, LGBTQ support, depression/anxiety and other concerns of behavioral health.
The therapeutic relationship should empower the individual to regain ownership of their life, heal negative self-talk and various other impacts of trauma; allowing for holistic healing and growth for the individual. It is my hope to actively walk alongside my client as they work to enter a healthier life full of self-awareness, optimism, as well as lasting overall and long lasting security and emotional health throughout their lives.
The most important part of healing and processing all life experience that creates hardship for us on any level, is knowing that we have unconditional support in our corner. Having the safe space to share and find the appropriate approach to healing - for you as an individual - is what I strive to provide for those that choose to engage in therapy.
