I specialize in couples counseling. I am also a family therapist and I practice relational sex therapy.

I primarily work with couples who are experiencing relationship issues. Some of the issues I deal with are lack of communication, infidelity, sexual problems, premarital counseling and transitioning out of a relationship. I work with couples who are no longer having sex, or lack sexual fulfillment. I enjoy collaborating with parents who are having parenting issues and feel like they have no "control" over their home environment. I promise to be non-judgmental, respectful and I will listen to you. I am primarily a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, however I also incorporate Person-Centered, Gestalt, and Solution-Focused Brief therapy techniques. I have worked in the health care industry for over 20 years. I have been with my hubby for 30 years and I have two children and a neurotic rescue dog.
