I am an experienced mental health and substance abuse clinician, who is dedicated to helping clients cope with a variety of issues. I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, utilizing my certification as an Integrative Mental Health Professional along my trainings in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed interventions to help clients regain control over their lives and live to their highest potential. I am currently going through a certificate training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and am looking forward to being able to utilize this modality for the benefit of my clients.
I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I help you put a plan in place to help you move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. I offer an inclusive, safe space and am able to facilitate telehealth across NC as well as in-person appointments in Sanford and Apex, NC.

I am an immigrant from Germany and a single mother of two daughters. As an ex-military spouse, I also understand the challenges of the accompanying lifestyle. Adjustment is hard, and life can be messy.
