I am a therapist who specializes in couples therapy and the treatment of sexual issues.
I have been a clinical social worker since 1998. My practice is virtual only. Prior to the pandemic I was doing telehealth and really enjoyed the format. Telehealth (by phone or video) offers therapy and privacy in the comfort of your own home. It also offers a layer of anonymity which makes it conducive to talking about very personal matters like sex. I do see individuals and couples by video or phone. My sessions generally last 45 minutes to an hour. Payment for service is expected at the end of each session unless your insurance or EAP is being billed.
My style is very casual and welcoming. I've been told that I'm not judgmental and that I'm easy to talk to. I believe in the human connection in counseling, and I think you will find this to be the case as we work together.
