We all start out life with expectations, hopes and dreams. We are whole & complete - with purpose -ready to take on the world. Then life happens. We get bumped, chipped and battered. We change, we may break, and we may shatter by what happens to us. We become like beach glass: what our original purpose was, what our dreams were have changed. Now we must collect the pieces of ourselves and learn to see them for their uniqueness and increased value. We are not less but more. Here, the goal of therapy will be for us to honor your experiences. We strive to find peace and value in who you are now. Accepting clients over 30 years of age.
Specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic health/pain conditions, adjustment family issues, etc. Providing a number of psychological services including but not limited to therapy, psychological testing, memory assessment, cognitive rehabilitation, grief and trauma work, positive psychology, strength-based perspective, etc. Medicare accepted.
