I am a licensed mental health counselor who specializes in treating adults with trauma related mental health injuries, anxiety, and stress.
I strive to help my clients feel calm and secure within themselves and the world around them. My passion is helping people overcome challenges, make changes to become healthier and happier, and live their best lives. I lean toward a person centered approach to therapy and have been trained in EMDR, hypnotherapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches to mental health.
