About me
I have spent several years working with children and teens in various capacities in community health and child welfare. I have a unique ability to connect with youth and families that enable them to harness their strengths in order to heal and achieve therapeutic goals. I utilize evidence-based trauma-informed treatments in conjunction with creative activities and somatic exercises to engage my clients in therapy. I work with clients of any age but specialize in children, teens, and families.
