About me
As a therapist with over 20 years of international experience I understand that life is sometimes stressful. We often have great intentions to live authentically and to be present and engaged with those we love, however we often find ourselves doing exactly what we don't want to do. As your therapist I am here to walk through life's ups and downs, provide support, accountability and strategies that will help you be who you want to be, without all the baggage.
I specialize in working with women from 18 and up, although I also see men in my practice. I have many years of experience working with anxiety, depression and PTSD. My aim is to make you feel heard and seen and I utilize and number of different psychological and somatic approaches to help you work through whatever you are facing.
