About me
I am an experienced adolescent (teen) and adult individual therapist and specialize in working with neurodiversity (i.e., ADHD). I take a hands on, solutions-focused approach, while still making space for the quiet, still moments, when there is nothing to be done except lending a listening ear.
Our lives are filled with relationships. We have an inherent desire to connect, build, and belong in relationships with other people. At the same time, relationships come with their own unique challenges, sometimes even exposing us to circumstances beyond our control. Sometimes these challenges are easy to overcome. But what about the times when you may not know what to do?
As a counselor, I strive to come alongside clients to help them navigate the relationships in their lives. Fundamentally, we all need connection with other people. Because the fact of the matter is, relationships – whether friendships, romantic, or familial – they all matter! I know that beginning a new relationship and being vulnerable can be scary, and it takes courage. That is why we will work together to build a relationship and create a space where you can feel safe and confident to work through the complexities of life.
