I am an experienced adolescent and adult therapist who specializes in trauma, perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression and alcohol moderation management.

I actively listen to get to know you, develop a clinical relationship and address your unique needs while in a safe and comfortable setting. We work together to create tangible tools to tackle complicated life issues and process past experiences. I am licensed in VA, WVA and MD.
I work primarily with adults and adolescents. Common areas of treatment focus are anxiety/stress, depression, bipolar, and perinatal/post-partum mental health. I specialize in treating complex trauma, using EMDR. I have expertise in treating substance-related issues, use harm reduction/alcohol moderation. I'm an approved VASAP provider & use SMART Recovery.
I enjoy supporting people on their journey and motivating them to make changes. I work collaboratively and encourage community connections to build strengths and increase long-term sustainable supports. I have experience working along the full continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient settings and am knowledgeable of community resources.
