I specialize in anxiety/stress, depression/grief, disruption in family (couples, siblings, parents & children), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. My expertise and therapy services are not limited to these diagnosis.

Achieving good mental health requires a collaborative relationship, which begins with building a trusting therapeutic environment. In practice, I utilize a variety of theoretical approaches to include Reality/Choice Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Family Systems and Adlerian. Although, we will identify and process unresolved childhood issues that are negatively impacting our adulthood (choices), our main focus in therapy in the "Hear and Now".
