I work primarily with adults to learn skills to address anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other challenges. I incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a draw on a range of other models such as Internal Family Sysems and Polyvagal Theory. I incorporate visualization, memory reconsolidation, daily practices, assessments, feedback, and ongoing collaboration.

I integrate evidence based interventions to help adults of all ages break through limits like depression, anxiety, and trauma into a more abundant life.
