About me
I am an adolescent/emerging adult therapist who is passionate about helping young adults cope with anxiety, depression, and adjustments that come with major life transitions!
I am a laid-back, come-as-you-are therapist that loves to collaborate. I'm not an authority figure who is going to tell you what to do or how to live; I help you see things from different perspectives so you can make your own educated decisions. Anxiety and depression, both, can be so prevalent in everything we do and affect every way in which we live our lives. I help to make sense of just how we are being influenced by those things to help you get to living the life you want/have envisioned for yourself. Life is rough and it can majorly suck a lot of the time- especially when we don't know what's going on with ourselves.
I'm the expert on all of the mental/emotional knowledge, and you're the expert on you/your emotions/wants and desires. Together we have all the knowledge we need to get you living the best life while being confident in who you are, what you are doing, and where you're headed.
