About me
I am an experienced trauma informed integrative talk therapist. My work involves helping adults manage difficulties with symptoms of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and daily life stressors.
I enjoy helping clients familiarize themselves with their own nervous system responses and how this impacts our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. I share somatic strategies to help clients build a more resilient nervous system. This approach may guide clients to feeling more stability and a greater sense of safety and connection to themselves. After our work together my hope is that you can go out into the world with more confidence and compassion for yourself and for others.
My approach is client-focused and will be flexible from session to session. I can help prospective clients by offering a non-judgmental atmosphere to share their fears, concerns, desires, and difficult past experiences with a compassionate lens and a skilled ability to provide holistic and practical help with whatever arises.
