About me
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I work toward helping you overcome the obstacles you face and gain new insights about yourself. I'll help you focus on and practice the things that will make you stronger. As someone who understands the transformative power of therapy, I'm passionate about listening and bringing balance and wellness to others. I specialize in life stress reduction and unwanted feelings, emotions, attitudes, trauma, or pains, whether you are aware of what incidents underlie them or not.
In my office, I use Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR), and Eye Movement Desenzation Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist. Both methods are effective for PTSD, phobias, traumatic memories, and disturbing thoughts and often only take a few sessions. I am here to guide you as you take steps towards positive life changes to achieve a healthier mind and body.
