I am an integrative therapist who is dedicated to supporting you on your journey to healing and empowerment.
I am here to provide you with unconditional loving support as well as to challenge you and to get you to think, grow, and heal. Whether you are seeking aid for trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, stress or so much more, I will meet you where you're at and together we will find the modality of help that most empowers you. I am a certified hypnotherapist and love mindfulness techniques, but am also trained in and utilize many other person centered approaches.
