Coming alongside clients in collaboration, I believe a wrap-around and flexible approach that best fits the individual’s needs is where effective progress and change occurs. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT. I also incorporate play therapy techniques and attachment-based interventions.
