Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a public health social worker who is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives and bodies.
I am a licensed social worker in Logan, UT providing adolescent, adult, and couples therapy. I see clients in Utah only and am available for in-person and virtual appointments. I am passionate about helping others navigating their journey to overall wellness by utilizing a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy. Together with clients, I hope to co-create a healthful path to healing with compassion and empowerment. I focus on re-centering my clients in their bodies as their home and developing a healthier relationship with the self. My areas of clinical interest include eating disorders, relationship issues, trauma, mood disorders, sexual health, and women’s issues. I utilize an eclectic blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotion-focused, and psychodynamic techniques. In addition to clinical work, I volunteer with a local domestic violence and sexual assault non-profit organization as an advocate during Code R exams.
I studied social work and public health in graduate school and completed internships in domestic violence prevention education and community mental health, and worked in residential eating disorder care for 18 months after graduating. Now, I work as a therapist in a university counseling center, serving as the prevention and outreach coordinator, as well as the director of wellness for the School of Veterinary Medicine, and I see clients on evenings and weekends with Nova Therapy and Doula Services. I grew up in the Chicagoland area and moved to Logan in June 2020. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, lifting, hiking and the outdoors, listening to podcasts, and relaxing with her cats.
