Welcome! I am a mental health therapist that is committed to assisting clients to address their concerns, develop healthy coping skills, and help them to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Since entering the field five years ago, I have worked with clients around general mental health concerns and healthy sexuality, especially the impacts this can have on a person's mental health. Our goals will be to discover healthy and appropriate coping skills to managing mental health concerns. In doing so, you will have a better understanding of yourself and the concerns that bought you to see me.

I have an integrative approach to counseling that includes: person-centered, strength-based, trauma informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I want to know your story and what brought you to see me. Only through this can we find a path forward that is best for you and your needs. You can expect a safe and nonjudgmental space to address your concerns.

I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so that I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you. Additionally, I offer therapy using a secure Telehealth platform. This allows more flexibility to clients to not have to drive or worry about parking.
