About me
Welcome! I am an experienced therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, postpartum and parenthood. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental space for clients to grow in their goals and maintain a feeling of stability and strength.
Depending on individual needs, clients can expect to learn how they process information and how their thoughts, emotions, physical feelings and actions are all linked. With this, empower clients to live more enriched, mindful lives. Clients can also expect to talk about personal values and goals, and how to live a life in congruence with those tenants.
As a therapist, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Mindfulness techniques to support individuals along their journey to well-being. I meet clients where they are, catering my approaches in a collaborative, positive way.
