About me
I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My counseling approach is person-centered, focusing on each individual need and providing clients with a warm, empathic atmosphere. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who may be struggling with adapting to their everyday life. Those who seek treatment may be seeking relief from anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, or family stressors. My passion for working with this population comes from a genuine place to give young people a safe space to discover who they are and what they want out of life, without judgment. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, such as CBT and DBT, into my work to focus on prioritizing rational thinking and emotional regulation.
