I specialize in working with adults (18+) to address anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, grief/loss, family dynamics, and relational concerns. I provide a collaborative space to explore, challenge, and change patterns that no longer serve you. I particularly enjoy working with high functioning/achieving individuals who experience occupational stress, perfectionism, and burnout from demanding lifestyles. I also love working with adults who are new to therapy and are curious about if it might be helpful for them.

Therapy is a unique opportunity to explore ourselves, and how we relate to others, in an intentional way. I’ve been providing therapy in private practice for 15+ years and believe a supportive therapeutic relationship is the foundation for a meaningful therapy experience. You can expect compassion, curiosity, and even humor to be a part of our work together. I love to support clients in both symptom reduction, as well as improved wellness and a better sense of self.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a non-pathologizing perspective and draws from Narrative, Client-centered, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-based, and Biopsychosocial therapeutic modalities.

I’m a master’s level clinician and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). After completing my graduate work at St. Cloud State University I earned a certificate in Animal-Assisted Therapy and worked with my co-therapist dog Willow for many years. She recently retired and now spends her days napping, barking, and begging for popcorn.

I conveniently provide all services online through telehealth for clients located in the state of Minnesota.
