About me
I am a Licensed psychotherapist who partners with families to support their children and young adults through these challenging times. With a focus on anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, and disordered eating, I support children/teens and families to thrive and develop resiliency.
By partnering with families, I believe that we can work together to support your child in overcoming struggles and develop a resiliency that can benefit them the rest of their lives. I am strength-based, trauma informed, anti-racist, ally to LGBTQ+ community and Health at Every Size aligned.
I specialize in working with children and youth struggling with anxiety and depression and clients and families can expect to rekindle joy and peace in their lives. I also specialize in treating eating disorders and depending on the type of eating disorder, will provide individualized treatment, integrating the family and supporting the client in body acceptance and a return to nourishment.
For billing, I will provide a super-bill for a client to provide to insurers for reimbursement. I accept HSA or payment via, check, cash or credit card.
