About me
I specialize in helping individuals and couples find the healing they are seeking, namely from trauma or interpersonal stress, using evidence- and strengths-based approaches. I believe we all have the inner resources needed to achieve the goals we set for ourselves - we just need help accessing them sometimes.
My practice is focused on understanding the individual needs of each of my clients and learning about the experiences, values, identities, and cultures that shape them. My priority is to provide you with the rapport, space, and resources needed to grow, learn, and improve your life in a safe, affirming environment. Whether you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, life transitions, or the general stress of everyday life, I would love to explore how I can be of assistance to you.
